The element has a slab provided with four feet (2), and a mounting plate (5) housed in an upper part of a rectangular transversal sectioned cylinder of one of the feet. The plate has bores (7) arranged in correspondence with other bores that are provided on a part (3b1) of an end (3b) of a L-shaped attachment bracket (3) fitted on the cylinder. Fixation units i.e. rods, are engaged through the latter bores of another part (3b2) of the end for being fixed in the plate and ensuring connection between the slab and the feet by the bracket, where the plate is co-operated with the bracket.
