The panel has a support case for receiving an absorber assembly e.g. mixed water/air absorbing assembly. The assembly is made of aluminum or composite material. A transparent element is constituted by a glass profile (7). The glass profile has wings for covering the absorber assembly. The absorber assembly integrates a bundle of tubes (2) for circulation of coolant, where the tubes are connected to a hot water and cold water collecting assembly.
