The device has straight modules (18-1, 18-2, 18-4, 18-5) and a right angle module (18-3) made of composite material. An annular flange (28) having a sealing joint (26) is provided at ends of stackable semi-cylindrical upper and lower parts (22, 20) of each module for connecting the modules in a sealed manner. Flat stoppers (34) are arranged on the flanges at free ends of the modules. Connections (36) have a coupler (38) connected to rain water system, and an outlet (40) allows passage of a suction pipe of a pump.
