The block has two parallel plates (1, 4) connected together by a separating structure (2), where the plate (1) has a side that is completely independent from a side of the plate (4). The plates have different fixation points for coupling the structure and conical shaped embedded ribs and grooves that are placed on respective sides for assembling the block. The ribs have small openings for permitting a passage of wires for attaching a level pillar provided with metal grids e.g. steel grid. The plates are made of concrete, plastic, resin, metal, and stone.
