The device has two ventilators including flanges (125, 225) and blades. A fixing unit e.g. laser welding point (100) fixes the superimposed ventilators. Welding contacts (80) or electrodes belong to one of the flanges. The flange (225) has a solid and plane shape with respect to the welding contacts carried by the flange (125). The flanges are in electrical contact around the welding contacts. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for fabricating a ventilation device (2) an electrical rotating machine comprising a casing.
