The oven has a terracotta oven (2) placed in a steel frame (1) and heating wood, where the wood oven is mounted on rollers (5). An insulator (3) is provided between the frame and the terracotta oven and is made of expanded clay and calcium oxide. A door (4) is mounted on hinges at the front of the wood over for permitting introduction of dishes and for closing the oven. A serving tray (6) permits storage of wood or presenting dishes during cooking.
