The sensor has a tube (3) rolled around a storage tank (14) for recuperating excess heat of waste water using a liquid recuperator. The storage tank storing the waste water is placed between metallic plates (5, 6). The recuperator arrives from a heat pump through an inlet (1) of the recuperator and leaves the heat towards the heat pump through a base (2) of the recuperator. The heat pump transforms the heat for supplying the heat to a central heating circuit or a sanitary warm water container.
