The applicator has a main support structure (11) i.e. closed frame, elongated along a longitudinal axis. Branches (20) with free ends, are partially placed inside the structure, and are partially extended with respect to the axis of the structure. The closed frame partially defines holes (30), where the holes facilitate passage of a product e.g. mascara, when the structure is pierced. The branches have two rows of teeth (40) extending towards the exterior from main sides of the support structure. An independent claim is also included for a method of applying a product on an eyelash and an eyebrow.
