The device has a rigid solid element formed by a horizontal plane base that is articulated to three hinges (4) with a bending limit stop allowing transfer of a spinal post operative person on the device. Retractable rings (5) are fixed on the base, and permits clipping of two straps with three stands. The straps are hung on an end of the base by the rings at a hoist. The rings permit bending of the person and fixing of the strap for transferring the person. The two straps ensure a connection between the device and the hoist.
