Synthesis of (meth)acrylic ester (I) comprises reacting an alkyl (meth)acrylate (II) with alcohol (III), in the presence of transesterification catalyst and at least a polymerization inhibitor, where the catalyst is polyol (IV). Synthesis of (meth)acrylic ester (I) of formula (CH 2=C(R)-C(=O)-OR 1) comprises reacting an alkyl (meth)acrylate (II) of formula (CH 2=C(R)-C(=O)-OR 2) with alcohol (III) of formula (R 1OH) in the presence of transesterification catalyst and at least a polymerization inhibitor, where the catalyst is polyol compound (IV) of formula (((R 1O) 3TiO) xR 2). R : H or methyl group; R 1alkyl radical, aliphatic cyclic radical, aryl, alkyl-aryl or aryl-alkyl, having 5-40C or alkyl radical containing heteroatom having 3-40C; R 21-4C alkyl group; R 1alkyl radical having 2-8C containing heteroatom obtained from polyol of formula (R 2OH) x comprising x alcohol function; and x : 2-6.
