The device has a semi-rigid shell (1) made of plastic material covering the shoulder. The periphery of the shell is circular shape, and is connected to a plane upper part of a piece, where an angle (alpha) of the piece in a fork is about 80 to 140 degrees. An end of the shell is provided with a retaining unit (3) positioned at the level of an underarm and connected to a partially perforated lower part. A fixation unit (2) is fixed in the upper part of the upper plane permitting adhesion of a pillow to the device, and the retaining unit is constituted of a transversal cylindrical structure.
