The method involves dynamically coupling a flight plan (13) or current path with geometrical information of polyhedral control sectors (11) flown over by an aircraft (12), where the geometrical information are determined at the edge of an aircraft and monitored by the aircraft. Audio communication frequency is changed before the change of control sector for knowing intersection points of the flight plan with polyhedral limits representing the sectors, while warning the pilot of their imminence.
