The accessory has a suspension units with a rigid handle forming element (21), which is mounted at rotation on sides (11, 12) of a boot around an axis (Z) and which is cooperated with a fixation panel in a fixation position. Stabilization units has another rigid handle forming element (31) mounted at rotation around another axis that is parallel to the former axis and that is adapted to cooperate with the fixation panel in the fixation position. The elements cooperate to form the handle in transport position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fixation panel permitting to mount an accessory (2) a seat of a motor vehicle.
