The device (4) has a cap screwed on a filler neck (20) of a glass jar (2) forming a fluid tank (1). A flange and a sealing ring are integrated inside the cap, where the flange includes guiding units permitting air venting inside the glass jar. The guiding units are formed of a central evacuation conduit and an air venting conduit, whose free end radially emerges from the glass jar. Indexing units i.e. fins, integrate the glass jar in the cap in a determined position in which the free end is located at a height higher than a height of the central evacuation conduit.
