The method involves determining elliptical rings defined by a section of cylinders inscribed and circumscribed on a helical ramp through a plane inclined from an angle on an axis. The rings close to a small elliptical axis are segmented, and the elliptical ring segments are cut in a plate and juxtaposed on a cylindrical base of a helical ramp for constituting an outline of the ramp, by connecting flanges that constitute a lining of helical ramp.
