The mill for extraction of sugarcane juice with a product layer, comprises two pressing rollers (2) with stripes rotating in opposite direction to move and press the product at a compression zone (3) and for evacuating the juice, an annular peripheral channel (5) extending from the rollers for flowing the extracted juices, and a unit (7) for limiting the reabsorption of the juices after pressing. The limiting unit presents a part in downstream zone (4) for exit of the products, and an anti-expansion channel situated in the pressing zone. A unit is arranged for adjusting the channel section. The mill for extraction of sugarcane juice with a product layer, comprises two pressing rollers (2) with stripes rotating in opposite direction to move and press the product at a compression zone (3) and for evacuating the juice, an annular peripheral channel (5) extending from the rollers for flowing the extracted juices, and a unit (7) for limiting the reabsorption of the juices after pressing. The limiting unit presents a part in downstream zone (4) for exit of the products, and an anti-expansion channel situated in the pressing zone. A unit is arranged for adjusting the channel section and to compact the product layer in the channel. The anti-expansion channel is divergent on a first length section. Lower and upper walls of the channel forms an angle (alpha ) of 2-10[deg] on the first length section according to an average channel direction. The adjusting unit comprises a rotating cam whose slope allows to adjust locally and transversely the channel section. The cam has a wall for directing the movements of products. A force sensor or a couple sensor is arranged for targeting the efforts induced by the compressed products. A unit having an actuator is arranged to control the slope of the cam according to signals measured using the sensor and a given set point. The average direction of the channel is oblique towards downward. A stripping plate element is arranged for each rollers. A third roller is arranged for supplying and guiding the product layer.
