The apparatus has a support system for permitting to superposition a heat source and a cooking grill following a horizontal direction, in set of cooking positions. The system has an activation device for turning the grill with respect to the heat source. The activation device has a cursor (3) with a control unit to control the rotation of a rotor (5). The control unit activates the rotation of the rotor to turn the grill and stop the rotation on a cooking course in order to maintain the grill in a vertical position on the course.
