The device has a tray (2) i.e. foot rest plate, receiving a foot of a user, and an assisting unit for assisting the flexion of a lower limb of the user using plug and play type electric jacks. A secondary tray (3) permits better kinematic function of an assembly which is formed by the trays, jacks and the assisting unit. A retractable carrying handle (12) is installed at the top of a frame (1) of the device that is fixed on the wall. The respective jacks control the inclination and height of the trays with respect to the ground.
