The arrangement has a loading plate (26) for positioning a movable carriage (16) with respect to a support frame (14), and stabilization units for stabilizing the carriage with respect to the frame. The carriage comprises an upper horizontal plate (18) on which an associated stack (12) is installed, and wheels fixed under the plate. The stabilization units are formed by upper cross pieces (22) and lower longitudinal rails (24) of the frame, where the crosspieces are transversally oriented and arranged parallel with each other. The plate (18) is supported downwards on the cross pieces.
