The device (1) has a tubular unit (7) with an interior passage (7a) oriented along an axis (7a1). A tubular unit (9) has an elongated part engaged through the passage and provided with plates (11a, 11b) forming a harpoon unit. An operating part (9b) comprises a head for driving, at the interior of the passage, the plates under the action of a push tool e.g. screwdriver, until the plates released from the passage. Elastic plates (17a, 17b) return the plates into a direction opposite to the displacement of the unit (9) when the plates are released from the passage.
