The gearbox has a shaft carrying an idle pinion (11), and a rubber spider coupling (19) moved in translation along the shaft for rotatably integrating the pinion and the shaft when the coupling is connected to the pinion. The coupling has jaw clutching teeth (26a-26e) encased in jaw clutching face of the pinion. The face has bent grooves (16a-16e) for respectively receiving the teeth. Each tooth is movable with respect to the shaft for being slid along the grooves when the tooth is engaged in the respective groove.
