The method involves collecting synchronization data for multimedia publication products (PE1, PEi, PEn) of an oral material (PR), and aggregating the collected synchronization data to generate an overall synchronization data for the publication products. A search graphical user interface is generated within a knowledge database to input a search set point, and the overall synchronization data is organized under the form of synchronization and selective access tables (TA1) for supplying a search engine for processing the set point.
