The device has a lid (2) in which an opening (3) is provided, and a membrane seal (4) with a shape complementary to that of the opening, where the seal is formed of a tab (5) extended by a gripping flap (6). The tab is moveably mounted in rotation in the opening around a transversal axis to permit turning of the tab towards interior of the lid, when the flap is lifted. The lid and the seal are made of plastic material. A free edge of the tab has a flange supported on an inner periphery of the tab.
