Polyol resin, to prepare a flexible polyurethane foam for automobile seat cushion by reacting with isocyanate, comprises a mixture of polyols comprising a polyether polyol containing ethylene oxide (greater than 65%) and primary hydroxyl group (greater than 50%), having real functionality of 2-3 and molecular weight of 4000-5500, where the polyether polyol is present at 50-95 mass.% of the polyol mixture.
