The shuttle has a cap, and a flap formed of different feathers (10) separately connected to each other, where each feather includes a natural shank (12) and two artificial blades (14). The artificial blades are formed of non-woven material of polyester, polypropylene or fibers glass. The two artificial blades are extended on both sides of the natural shank of an animal e.g. goose. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a shuttle.
