The device has a digital image projection system for projecting decorations in the form of digital images on a wall screen at different levels. The decoration images are fixed or moved along scenario. Moving targets e.g. figurative painted characters, are located before the wall screen, and are appeared in the scenario. The appearance and disappearance of the characters are controlled by a scenario management unit e.g. personal computer (PC).
