The base has radial notches (43) communicating with a hollow space (42), and sliding elements (50) received in the notches, where each sliding element includes a curved mold (51) and a projection (53). A cover (60) is rotatively engaged with the base, and includes an opening (61) for receiving the curved mold, and inclined passages (62) for receiving the projection.
