The wedge has a round base (B) of approximately 10 cm positioned at the ground, and a graduated threaded rod (A) screwed in a top part (2) of the base, where the rod is adjusted in height with respect to the base. The top part and a base part (4) of the base are connected by knee braces (3). A clipper fastener system (1) is fixed on a metallic reinforcement, and is maintained at desired height.
