The finder (2) has a main screwed gun (5) and a secondary screwed gun (12) provided with respective holes for passage of drilling spindles (6, 14), where the hole of the gun (5) radially extends relative to a circular arc shaped body (3). The main screwed gun is mounted on the body. A guiding rod (7) is integrated to a mobile slider (8) along the body, and has a positioning finger (9) supported against an external surface of a tibia or femur. The rod has a window (11), which materializes an intersection point between axes of the main screwed gun and the guiding rod.
