The implant (1) has an oval shaped articular part (2) comprising a convex surface (4) bent in length and width directions of the articular part. An anchoring rod (3) is anchored in a scaphoid (100). The rod is moved in a median longitudinal plane of the articular part along a distance in the order of two millimeters with respect to an intersection point of median longitudinal and transversal lines (LM, TM) of the articular part.
