The system has a control device with pilot solenoid valves (B1-B3) and pressure sensors (X1-X3) to control application of fluid pressure at a pneumatic cylinder (J) when the enclosure pressure is acceptable and to reduce the fluid pressure when the enclosure pressure is unacceptable. A reclosing assistance circuit has a ball check valve (AR) and a source (BT) that has another fluid pressure higher than the former fluid pressure. A champignon pneumatic valve (PV) applies the latter fluid pressure to the cylinder during a limited time period including a safety valve reclosing phase.
