The device has solar absorbers (3) in form of flat sectioned tubes mounted side-by-side without vacuum and provided with dissipation blades (1) arranged interior of the absorbers. The blades form a surface irrigated on totality of the surface by fluid circulating and subjected to solar rays through a glass. The absorbers are connected to each other by cylindrical collectors (5), which are provided with threads. The absorbers have small blades (18) in projection on their faces exposed to the solar rays.
