The panel has two flexible webs (3a, 3b) incurvated around a longitudinal axis (YY') and maintained relative to each other by clips (15). A cross-bar (11) is in connection with the clips of the webs such that the clips are moved away by the cross-bar in a position corresponding to a folded position of the panel. The cross-bar connection is such that the clips are moved closer by the cross-bar in another position corresponding to an incurvated position of the webs, where concavities of the webs are respectively opposite. The cross-bar has a guide and a slider with a blank. POLYMERS - The blank is made of flexible material e.g. polypropylene.
