The device has a movable chassis (10) supporting a motorization (12) with a cultivator motor (20) and lateral output shafts (24), and a L-sectioned tank (16) supporting a seat (14) along longitudinal planes. The chassis has a front axle system (28) with front steering wheels (30) at its end, and rear semi-axle systems that support drive wheels (34). One of the wheels (34) is driven in rotation using driving units (36) by the shafts. The system is pivoted along a horizontal axis parallel to a median longitudinal axis of the device to authorize a displacement between the wheels (30).
