The device has an internal pocket (1) including a central opening formed for receiving a breast prosthesis, where the internal pocket is integrated and stable. The opening is arranged on total height of the pocket. The pocket has lateral parts (2, 3) overlapping a less extensible cloth (4) for specific centimeters to permit the prosthesis to be invisible and break a direct contact between the prosthesis and a skin. The pocket is stitched on its perimeter (5) at the interior of a garment e.g. bra.
