The device has a V shape vibrating blade (1) with an end attached to a fixed support (6) and another end that moves under the effect of a mechanical force. A piezoelectric element (10) is connected on a face of the blade for moving the element under the effect of oscillation of the consecutive blade at the force and generating an electrical stress. The blade has two plane shape branches (2, 3) connected by a portion of curved connection (4), where the branch (3) is connected to the support. The piezoelectric element is disposed on an external face of the branch (2) with a free end (8).
