The device has a plate (1) in which notches (2) are formed. The notches with different lengths are emerged upwards and parallel for storing rolled of loops (17) of pipes or electrical cables (10) by a support of an upper part. Lower and upper openings (4, 5) act as an ergonomic grip equipped of a housing for positioning tongues to assure maintenance and transport of the plate. An S shaped fastening handle (7) is realized in openings (8) allowing to fasten the plate.
