Global monophase electrical circuit developing method for rotating dynamo-electric machine, involves arranging left and right ends of conductors at end on left and right diameters matched to rotor magnetic circuit to be equipped
The method involves covering lower surfaces of fuse clips by a thin insulating sheet. Pairs of diametrically opposed surfaces of each fuse clip are individually connected and heated after displacement of each fuse clip to compress and to uniquely and rigidly render rectilinear conductors (6) for forming a brute spatial structure (17). The structure comprises the conductors connected by flexible left and right meanders (7l, 7r). Left and right ends of the conductors are arranged at each end on left and right diameters (Dl, Dr) matched to a rotor magnetic circuit to be equipped. An independent claim is also included for a global monophase electrical circuit formed in an enamel insulated wire and equipped with a rotating dynamo-electric machine having salient poles with cylindrical air gaps.
