The assembly has a building (1) e.g. high-rise building, provided with a light system (4) having facade modules on a facade (3). Each module includes a glazing and a multi-chromatic light source, which has a light component e.g. LED. Each module has a temporary visible zone corresponding to half of the glazing size. The sources of different module are individually addressable. A camera (9) observes an environment of the building, and the light system is controlled with respect to data coming from the camera, where the camera exchanges data with local terminals (10) e.g. personal computers. An independent claim is also included for a method for matching an appearance of a facade portion of a building with an outer environment of the building.
