The brake has spacing units spacing inner and outer brake plates (3, 4) without applying stress on a braking system, by an action of an elastic return force, where the plates are situated on both sides of a disk (7). The units include a set of X-shaped arms (11, 12) i.e. tubes or bars, connected to the respective plates by a single spring (10), where the arms are in shape of circular arc. The spring includes ends which are fixed to the respective arms such that an elastic return action of the spring ensures a space between the plates of the disk.
