The device has a detection element i.e. wear cable (11), arranged on a sphere shaped male part (7) terminating a safety rod (9) and on a spherical female part (10) or between on one and another of the male and female parts. The detection element is worn out under the friction force between the male and female parts when a secondary channel is loaded, and the force is recovered. The detection element is connected to a processing unit for detecting the wearing of the detection element, and extends on a circular generator of one of the male and female parts.
