The card (X2) has data emission and reception antennas and electronic memory chips for data storage having a capacity of storage between 2 to 32 Giga octet, where the antennas are integrated inside the card and include an element for transferring and receiving data on data storage memories (X4). The collected data are stored on the memories at inside the card. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for capturing and reading data contained in a radiation card (2) a data etching device.
