The process for administrating the electrical supply of a circuit for heating a passenger cell of a vehicle, comprises limiting a supply tension of a circuit from a threshold value (Vs) to a sequence of heating action, controlling closure of a relay after applying the tension to a heat resistance, and maintaining the limitation of the tension for a predetermined time X. The vehicle comprises a thermal motor, a battery for supplying electricity grid at edge, a source of additional electrical energy, and an electrical machine such as reversible alternator. The process for administrating the electrical supply of a circuit for heating a passenger cell of a vehicle, comprises limiting a supply tension of a circuit from a threshold value (Vs) to a sequence of heating action, controlling closure of a relay after applying the tension to a heat resistance, and maintaining the limitation of the tension for a predetermined time X. The vehicle comprises a thermal motor, a battery for supplying electricity grid at edge, a source of additional electrical energy, an electrical machine such as reversible alternator for providing power to the battery and source, and a converter for transferring the electrical energy between battery and source. The circuit comprises the electrical heat resistance connected in series with a coefficient of positive temperature, the relay, a fuse, and a source for supplying the electric current. The heating action is taken into account when a thermal motor is operated at a predetermined time Y, and is not taken into account when a prior action that is starting of thermal motor intervenes. The limitation of the tension is obtained by reducing or terminating the supply of electrical power from the electrical machine while operating the converter. The limitation of the tension is maintained for a predetermined time X until the value of current crossing the heat resistance (R) is not stabilized.
