The machine has a dosing chamber accommodating an Archimedes screw (500). The screw has a pivot connection sliding with lower walls (213) of the chamber, such that rotation of the screw tamps foodstuff on the walls at a level of a conical shaped distribution end (212) and accumulation of the tamped foodstuff causes removal of the screw from the distribution end to increase volume of the foodstuff in the chamber. The screw is equipped with a translation mobilization unit (540) that assures return movement when a measured removal period to outlet the foodstuff towards a distributing ducts (400).
