The ring has an open body (11) with an access space (13) for accessing a circular internal housing (12), and an opening and closing unit i.e. annular spacer bar (19), for closing and opening the space. The body is in shape of open toroid, and is made of aluminum alloy. The space is extended radially while being delimited by two flat surfaces (14, 15). The bar is inserted between the surfaces, and integrated to the body by a fixation screw (18), where the bar is made of metallic or plastic material.
