The device has a single cylindrical part (1) including co-axial front and rear side branches with constant thickness, welded at an end. The branches permit a space for receiving fabrics. A projection is provided on a lower part of the branches for maintaining the device in position. Two parallel grooved edges are placed on the front side branch of a front surface for permitting positioning of a standard visit card. An open groove is placed on the rear side branch for permitting a passage of a garment button.
