The method involves locking horizontal tie bars (A-C) that are connected to an inner reinforcing bar (1) in an injection mold joint plane, where the bars (A-C) are formed by thin metallic strips and textile threads or bands, and the bars (A-C, 1) are prefabricated, in an industrial manner. The bars (A-C) are processed by traction at incipient crack zones (A'-C') after demoulding.
