The device has a rigid cylinder (2) forming a body, which has a neck with a retention collar (9) on its upper part. A cap (6) is fitted on the neck and the collar of the cap is housed in an inner groove of the cap. Slits (8) permits expansion and retraction of teeth and the cap is fitted on the neck by elastic deformation, where a cover (7) closes the cap. The cylinder has an elastically deformable maintenance conical joint (3) with slits facilitating elastic deformation.
