The system has a partition (1) with blocks (7) made of isolating material, where the blocks are intercalated between beams (20) and connected to wood panels (21) e.g. oriented thin slat panels. The partition has a reticulation (5) of landing boards (50) e.g. treated, varnished or painted landing boards, connected to the panels, and a coating (6) e.g. painted coating, for covering a trellis (4) between the landing boards, where the trellis has sections (40) made of plastic material. A layer (3) is made of impermeable material and intercalated between the trellis and the panels.
