The device (10) has selectively activable units (50) to reduce hydraulic pressure in an outlet of an oil circulation pump (26). An autonomous hydraulic group (52) has an auxiliary oil reserve and oil heating units contained in the reserve. The group controls hydraulic coupling control units for decoupling an inlet shaft (12) from an intermediate shaft (24). Lubrication units (68a) are supplied with oil by the group to lubricate friction disks of a humid clutch.
